Job Responsibility Effectively handle customer inquiries over the phone. Responsible for sales of xhs marketing courses and products. Provide quick and timely solutions to all customer-related issues. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality customer service. Efficiently manage inbound calls/queries from WhatsApp/email. Handle complaints, provide appropriate resolutions and alternatives, and follow up within specified timelines to ensure resolution. Record customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and archive documents. Able to create high-quality documents, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and customer journey manuals. Job Requirements We are currently making rapid progress with our personal IP on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) and TikTok. We are in the expansion phase and need TikTok and Xiaohongshu operators to achieve even better results together.
