  • Must possess at least SPM or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience. Prior experience in customer service is an added advantage
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good problem solving and customer oriented skills
  • Willing to work on shifts
