Job Responsibility This role will be part of the management which need to handle the customers from pre-stay to after-stay, and make sure the customers are satisfy through out the period. Handle customer enquiries/bookings Handle customer check in / out process (by phone whatsapp) Arrange cleaner on room cleaning Lead the team as a team leader Prepare daily report to Manager Administrative work Job Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to be patience, passionate on Hotel line, problem solving skill and etc. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
