Greet and assist all mall visitors with friendly and professional manner.
Provide accurate information on mall tenants, facilities, services, promotion and events.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, professionally and empathetically. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant appropriate departments for further investigation and follow-up.
Manage the loaning of amenities such as wheelchairs and strollers and handle Lost & Found items.
Assist with cases involving lost children or senior citizens.
Support mall marketing communication activities, including promotional gift redemptions.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of mall policies, procedures, and tenant information.
Provide administrative support to the customer service department.
Make public announcements and assist during emergency situations, including assisting with evaluations or directing customers to safety as required.
