We're seeking a customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a vital part of our customer service team, your key responsibilities will include:

Managing a high volume of incoming calls (approximately 80 calls per day) Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently and professionally Promoting our latest campaigns and special offers to customers

Competitive base salary of up to RM 4,000 (based on experience) Attractive allowances, including: Fixed Shift Allowance: RM 350 Quarterly KPI Incentives: RM 800 - RM 1,800 Claims for transport, meals, language skills, and overtime Comprehensive employee benefits, such as insurance and dental coverage

Who We're Looking For:



Fresh graduates with a degree are encouraged to apply SPM and Diploma holders with call center experience are welcome Open to all races and genders Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
