Attending and communicating promptly to customer's needs and queries.

Knowing products inside and out to answer product queries.
Communicating and coordinating with the team and management.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the operations and customer service process.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Must have proven working experience in customer service.
Professional looking and well-groomed that best fits our salon image.
Good and precise communication skills.
Customer Service oriented and passionate about serving customers.
Prior experience in the beauty line would be advantageous.
Ability to stay calm and excellent in handling difficult customers.
Comfortable using computers.
Mandarin and Korean language proficiency will be an advantage.
