Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service Officer to manage customer queries and feedback. You will also be responsible to process orders, modifications, and escalate feedback across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated.

Job Requirements

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products and services inside and out.
• Processing orders, delivery, forms, applications and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• High school certificate, diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Must be able to write, read and speak Chinese (mandatory).
• Professional level in English and Malay communication.
• Fresh grads are encouraged to apply. However, applicants who has at least 1 year of relevant experience would be an added advantage
• Tact, calm and patience are pre-requisite.
• Passion customer support sector.
