1. To be presentable, well-groomed and maintain proper conduct and body language at the Information Counter at all times. 2. To provide good customer service and public relations to shoppers 3. To provide accurate direction and information and answering queries from shoppers. 4. To execute contest, redemption task, survey and any other and promotional material 5. To conduct walkabout to check on the shops and advertising panel 6. To receive complaint and inquiries, to record and to relay to the relevant channel or person in-charged 7. To participate in the promotional and branding program 8. To assist the department at events held in the mall
- Managing facilities of the mall - Managing common areas of the mall - Centre Management Office administration
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
