This position responsible to offer a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care to patients. To provide high level of customer service to the customer who inquire about product and treatment service and increase the number of customers walk into clinic for consultation.Requirements:

• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills.
• Preferable have working experience in Customer Service.
• Must be interested in Aesthetic Medicine.
• Adequate training will be provided.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least
• SPM/STPM/Diploma or Certificate in Business
• Administration/Marketing/Public Relations, Hotel Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage the enquiries through phone calls, email, livechat, Facebook, Instagram and other channels promptly and professionally
• Approach customers from enquiries to capture the leads with name, contact number, email, patient main concern and etc
• Send newsletter and promotion package to existing and potential customers to generate sales.
• Perform receptionist tasks when needed.
• Maintaining patient\'s loyalty program.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior and management.
