Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin spoken dialects are an advantage but optional.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuchai Lama.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- 5 Full-Time position(s) available.
- Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support
- Provide quality customer service to customer over the phone
- Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs
- Resolves customer queries efficiently and escalate problem/issues promptly
