Responsibilities
- To respond to enquiries and complaints promptly
- Provide technical support if necessary
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls from SME clientele
- Keep customers informed about the latest promotions and updates
- SPM, Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any discipline
- Fluent communication in English Language
- Available to commence by 2nd of May 2023
- Monday to Friday
- Commission pay
