Job Description


  • Handle enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet customer\xe2\x80\x99s need.
  • Promote latest promotions and packages provided by company.
  • In charge for instalment plan application.
  • Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve monthly target.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as requested.
Requirements :
  • At least Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply and explore. Otherwise at least 1 year of working experience in Customer Services field is required.
  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • Flexible to shift basis.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office).
