Job Description

Overview

  • A Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing frontline services in areas such as manning the lobby information counter, liaising with patients and caregivers for enquires and any other assistance.
  • S/He is able to combine excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • S/He should have the time-management and organizational skills necessary to effectively manage multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  • S/He should display exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active-listening skills, as well as the ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly.
  • S/He will be required to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as assigned/required.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma
  • Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Experience working in healthcare industry or customer service line will be advantage
  • Will be required to travel to Melaka Jetty (transportation provided)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM1,900.00 per month Benefits:
