A Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing frontline services in areas such as manning the lobby information counter, liaising with patients and caregivers for enquires and any other assistance.
S/He is able to combine excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
S/He should have the time-management and organizational skills necessary to effectively manage multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment.
S/He should display exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active-listening skills, as well as the ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly.
S/He will be required to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as assigned/required.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma
Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
Experience working in healthcare industry or customer service line will be advantage
Will be required to travel to Melaka Jetty (transportation provided)
