Assist with the execution of mall-wide promotional campaigns, including managing gift and voucher redemptions and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Act as a liaison between shoppers and tenants to resolve issues and facilitate communication. Distribute mall communications to tenants as required. Conduct regular checks of mall common areas to ensure facilities and amenities meet our high standards. Report any maintenance or security issues promptly. Prepare daily reports on customer feedback and operational matters. Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence related to customer service operations.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. A Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Mass Communications, or a related field is an advantage. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a shopping mall, retail, aviation, or hospitality environment. Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in Mandarin or other dialects is a strong asset. Ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions to customer issues in a calm and professional manner. Must be willing and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per the mall's operational requirements.
