Job Description

1.Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints 2.Recommend products to customers, based on customers\' needs and interests 3.To update the daily sales records, issue invoice, Quotation and DO via QNE system. 4.To check the monthly stock movement and re-order with certain level. 5.To quote the pricing and terms of payment etc. 6.To coordinate with production unit on completion of each order and delivery. 7.Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods 8.To organize and maintain stock in eCs is correctly priced and displayed 9.To carry out periodic stock take to ensure the accuracy of stock 10.Perform monthly billing invoices/cash bill 11.Accept payment, calculate, and return change when required by the payment method 12.Reconcile cash received and sales receipts/cash bill
