Job description: a. To perform operations duties (eg: Meet & Greet and Delivery Service, Hotel Booking) and backup other service (Sign on / Sign Off Formality, Procurement & Supply Chain) as and when required
b. To provide consistent updates from time to time to superior on status of operations duties
c. To obtain latest update on legal requirement and policy (eg: Customs, Immigration, Marine and etc)
d. To compile administration documents for invoicing processes
e. To perform any other related duties assigned by superior Requirements: 1. Problem solving skills and exposure in logistics field.
2. Ability to communicate with all level of staffs.
3. PC literate especially in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Words, Excels, Outlook & PowerPoint.
4. Proactive, passionate, disciplined, self-motivated & multitasking person and familiar with crewing arrangement environment.
