  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field is required.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • A customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Problem-solver who can communicate solutions clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including both day and night schedules.
  • Customer service experience is an added advantage.
  • Must be able to work on a 24/7 rotation basis.

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Respond to customer feedback and inquiries with a friendly and proactive approach.
  • Deliver exceptional, timely support to our clients by maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Manage various channels, including calls, emails, live chats, social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Whatsapp.
  • Ensure that customer queries are handled thoroughly and accurately to the customers satisfaction.
  • Enter and update customer information in the system to maintain accurate records.
  • Uphold strict customer data privacy policies.
  • Adaptability to various ad hoc tasks as needed.
