Job Description

  • Language proficiency: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia understanding & typing
  • Must perform the shift for 24 x 7days, 2 rests day per week
  • Independent, cooperative, self-motivate, pressure tolerant, responsible & positive
  • Possess own transport
Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers by electronic devices with online social media platforms to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
  • Ensure customers' complaints are attended and responded in timely manner
  • Manage customers' accounts
  • Keep records of customer interaction, transactions, actions taken
  • Maintain a good customer relationship and follow up if needed
  • Maintain a good service level and always achieve a good service impression
