What You'll Do:
Monitor game cards, accounts, and mobile reloads.
Assist Traders with orders and game currency tracking.
Handle customer live chats and resolve payment or product issues quickly and professionally.
Verify customer documents when needed for security checks.
Liaise with internal teams (Card, Vendor, Trader, Finance, Fraud) to solve customer concerns.
Encourage customers to rate our service and share feedback.
Report urgent issues to Senior CS for follow-up.
What We're Looking For:
No experience required - training provided!
Minimum SPM qualification.
Fluent in BM, English, and Mandarin.
Great communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and enjoys helping others.
Willing to work flexible hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
