Working Hours Rotational Shifts - Morning shift start at 8am, Last shift start at 12am ( Work for 9 hours, including 1 hour break) Job Responsibilities
  • Handle customer enquiry via telephone to provide information and assistance (Inbound calls)
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries by answering product and service questions.
  • Provide accurate information on product and service to the customer.
  • Identify and resolve customer\xe2\x80\x99s problems and complaints by selecting the best solution.
  • Ensure the maximum of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • Must be open for 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Consists of Morning -> Midnight Shifts)
  • Fully Vaccinated + Booster
  • Possess min. of Diploma holders and above (Fresh Graduates); SPM holder with 1 year experiences in Call Centre.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and other language will added advantages.
Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Application Question(s):

Shift availability:
  • Day Shift (Required)
  • Night Shift (Required)
  • Overnight Shift (Required)
