Working Hours Rotational Shifts - Morning shift start at 8am, Last shift start at 12am ( Work for 9 hours, including 1 hour break) Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiry via telephone to provide information and assistance (Inbound calls)
Respond to customer requests and inquiries by answering product and service questions.
Provide accurate information on product and service to the customer.
Identify and resolve customer\xe2\x80\x99s problems and complaints by selecting the best solution.
Ensure the maximum of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Must be open for 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Consists of Morning -> Midnight Shifts)
Fully Vaccinated + Booster
Possess min. of Diploma holders and above (Fresh Graduates); SPM holder with 1 year experiences in Call Centre.
Excellent communication skills in English and other language will added advantages.
Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Application Question(s):
