Receive and process stockist orders
Provide product information to customers
Receive, record and discuss customer complaints in a prudent manner
Delivering announcements & promotions to stockists
Answer every question on FB, IG & TikTok
Update customer data into the system for processing
Deal with the store department for order delivery
Learn to recognize the company\'s products, advertise the product on social media and be directly involved in the advertising
