JOB DESCRIPTION
- To be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and invoices to our customers as required
- To process inquires by phone, fax and email
- To arrange sample or loan for customer
- To solve customer complaints
- To do indoor and phone sales
- To maintain good relations with our customers
- Follow up and ensure payment collection is on time
- To maintain an efficient working environment
- To solve problems by liaising with the other staff and the customer
- Attend to walk in customers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years working experience in the related field.
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Need to liase with Mandarin speaking customers
- Independent
- Based at Bukit Minyak Industrial Estate, Penang
