About the role Coordinating the customer service tasks at branch level.

What you will be doing

Customer Service

  • Serve as liaison between the customers and other department.
  • Provide prompt and professional attention to all internal and external clients\' requests or problems.
  • Support and provide quotation and concerned documents to customers
  • Preparing customer shipping instruction for billing purpose.
  • Maintain and update records in customer\xe2\x80\x99s software system
  • Plan the daily truck planning and communicate with the respective transporter.
  • Do the necessary adjustment, movement & transfer in system timely and validate accordingly.
  • Handle customer\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with customer\xe2\x80\x99s Standard Operating Procedures.
Documents and Reports
  • Responsible for timely submission of reports and data to customers.
Specific Activities
  • Carrying out any other request made by their manager.
Requirements

The successful candidate

Technical
  • Minimum of 1 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in customer service filed in third party logistics organization
