Daily Routine . To serve as the key liaison person in attending to patients/customers. \xc2\xb7 To coordinate and work closely with related unit/department to ensure smooth patient journey in the hospital. \xc2\xb7 To ensure all patients/customers inquiries and requirements are dealt with efficiently and effectively. \xc2\xb7 To proactively carry out daily hospital &/or wards visit and at various operational departments and communicating with the patients/customers on daily basis. \xc2\xb7 To conduct briefing or communication session daily as to keep the team updated with the current happenings and challenges within the hospital. OTHER: . To gather patients/customers feedbacks and update Superior/HOD for corrective action and improvement, if any. \xc2\xb7 To have initiative and work proactively to ensure that the service level standard is maintained at the highest level. \xc2\xb7 To assist in speed up discharge process. COMMUNICATION AND LIASON: \xc2\xb7 To maintain effective communication link with hospital\xe2\x80\x99s consultants and staff. \xc2\xb7 To attend to face-to-face enquiries, VIP service, escorting, visit, guide the patients/customers and other special services required from time to time. \xc2\xb7 To report to the respective HOD immediately of any arising matter as and when necessary. To keep HOD well informed at all times. EMPLOYMENT VARIABLES: To perform any other related duties that are assigned by superior / COO / CEO from time to time. Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month Benefits:
