Job Description
s:
- Handling all inbound calls, chats & emails pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other escalating issues related to the company\'s products.
- Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information. (Information about the data storage, quotation and etc.)
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Interactive personal skills that fit the team and customer environment as well as adapt to change.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position
