Job Description

-Vessel Operation in Port Klang (container, tanker, passenger) -Arrange transportation for crew change -Prepare expenses for crew vessel -Prepare OK To Board for crew change -Prepare Bill of Lading and declaration K5, for export in e-manifest -Collect Bill of Lading and declaration K4, for import in e-manifest -Book Hotel for crew change -Submit Line up for all Port Call -Prepare schedule for all vessels -Create Call number in Simply5 (S5 System) -Create ID vessels in Port Klang Net -Create Ship call number in e-manifest -Courier parcels/documents via DHL/CITY LINK -Prepare exchange money for vessels. (USD to MYR) -Arrange Light dues payment before vessel sailed -Prepare Tax Invoice for all payment received Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
• shipping: 1 year (Preferred)
