Applicants must have min Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business or equivalent.
Previous working experience in customer service or service-related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential.
Knowledge of handling primary computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

Responsibilities
Trainees are responsible for preparing administrative support for the affairs department and medical affairs.
Trainees will be involved in medical affairs activities such as medical project administration and stakeholder engagement that crosses internal functions such as regulatory affairs.
The intern will oversee all aspects of the project excellence of inner knowledge, including content development.
The trainee will prepare a report for the brand team on the project's status every month.
