Job Description

  • Applicants must have min Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business or equivalent.
  • Previous working experience in customer service or service-related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential.
  • Knowledge of handling primary computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Social media savvy
Responsibilities
  • Trainees are responsible for preparing administrative support for the affairs department and medical affairs.
  • Trainees will be involved in medical affairs activities such as medical project administration and stakeholder engagement that crosses internal functions such as regulatory affairs.
  • The intern will oversee all aspects of the project excellence of inner knowledge, including content development.
  • The trainee will prepare a report for the brand team on the project's status every month.
