Job Description


  • This role is under customer service team and reports to Customer Service Manager.
  • Answering customer enquiries.
  • Ensure the sales orders are being processed.
  • Follow up with Production team to ensure the orders are on time.
  • Final inspection of completed orders.
  • Final QC checks will be signed off
  • Corresponding with customers to arrange shipment/delivery of completed orders.
  • Any Ad-hoc task assigned by management.

  • Bachelor\'s degree/Diploma in Business/Engineering or any related studies.
  • 5 years working experience as Customer Service (order management)
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Experience in working with the ERP/CRM systems.
  • Willing to work in Johor
