Rapidly expanding consumer healthcare products manufacturer seeking Regional Head of CS & OM operations. Your new company With nearly a decade of growth and now expanding to more Asia regions, our client is a global manufacturer and distributor of consumer health products. With established locations in over 11 countries in APAC, they are now seeking a regional expert in business operations, customer service and order management. Your new role Bringing your commercial acumen with an operational background to the table, you will be part of leadership, driving process and operational excellence through the establishment of robust SOPs, consolidated and transparent planning, efficient delivery routeing to customers, and timely management of any escalations. You will primarily be responsible for designing, implementing and educating the business on optimal methods of achieving the KPIs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your direct and hybrid functional people-management skills will be an added advantage to cross-border communication. What you\'ll need to succeed Strong end-to-end Supply Chain fundamentals are a MUST (Planning, Customer Service / Order Management, Distribution / Logistics, Customer Master Data, Commercial Management) Direct working experience in MNC environments within Distributorship models is ideal Effective communication skills in English and Chinese are a must, both spoken and written, due to a large proportion of clientele base. Hands on knowledge of Customer Service / Order Management tools.
