Answer phone calls and respond to patient enquiries.
File and update patient records properly.
Help doctors and nurses with basic tasks during patient visits.
Make sure clinic supplies are enough and request restocking if needed.
Schedule and manage patient appointments.
Issue official receipts and keep billing records updated.
Check and confirm insurance or panel coverage.
Welcome and register patients at the front desk.
