Job Description
Job Scope
Answer inbound calls related to customer inquiries or complaints regarding Prepaid Hotlink Services.
Cross-sell services, for example, convincing prepaid customers to upgrade to a post-paid plan.
Salary Package
Basic Salary: RM 2,000
RNR Allowance: Based on performance RM 200 based on KPI performance, RM 300 for Attendance Allowance
Shift Allowance: Flat Rate of RM 10 for shifts after 10 PM.
Incentives: Additional earnings based on cross-selling performance.
Important Notes
Rotational Shift Schedule: Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week).
Start Date: Must be able to start immediately
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
