Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction in providing service information and inquiries, complaints and feedback are attended promptly in professional manner.
Handle inbound customer enquires & request including reports for services and billing enquiries.
To gather from the customer all the information necessary to fulfill their requirement and enter accurately into the appropriate system.
Responsible to ensure customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction in form of courteous and prompt service and update customers with accurate information.
Ensure diligent follow up and fulfill promises made to customers.
Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, build better customer experience
Adhere strictly to the contact center standards operating procedures and guidelines.
Location: Location - Damansara Kim Salary: RM1500 + Shift Allowance + KPI Allowance + Transport Allowance Working 5 days per week (2 off days) Requirement :
Minimum SPM
Basic computer knowledge (operating computer, MS Office Skills).
Willing to work flexible and shift hours.
Good communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Basic telephone communication skills.
Customer service oriented mindset
Ability to cope with stress and to remain calm in all customer service situations
