Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from customers
Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service
Able to resolve the calls within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality \xe2\x80\x93
Undertake any other duties as-and-when assigned by the Management What do you need to apply for the role? Must possess minimum SPM
Experience in customer service roles is desirable. Past working experience in contact/call center are encouraged to apply
Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia Personality traits \xe2\x80\x93 Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical, and goal focused
Customer service skills \xe2\x80\x93 Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasive, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills
Able to work on public holidays and weekends
Required to have own transportation arrangement as u need to work on PM Shift (1-10PM, 2PM-11PM,3PM-12AM,4PM-1AM, 5PM-2AM) Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.21 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
