Job Description
- Ability to converse (or read and write) fluently in English or Mandarin OR/AND Cantonese.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
- No age limits
- Various locations available
- Normal Shifts Available (Monday -Friday) - (9 am - 6 pm)
- Rotation Shifts (5 working days with 2 days off)
- Working hours depend on the project availabilities
- Handling all inbound calls, live chat, and emails related to customer enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company\'s projects (Customer service projects)
- To deliver and promote perspective customer on the benefits of the product over the phone and providing high standards of service by following presentation guidelines in accordance to given product factsheet and sales script (for telesales projects only)
