- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree.
- Must have 1 year of experience in handling calls regarding fiber troubleshoot.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a goal oriented environment.
- Able to work during weekends, 5 days work per week.
- Customer satisfaction orientation.
- Training will be provided by the company.
- Attend to fiber inbound and outbound calls from customers, identify their technical, billing and product issues.
- Attend to customers to resolve issues by providing the right solution or trouble shooting.
- Provide excellent customer service handling and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a relationship with our customers in a professional manner with an objective to fulfill their needs.
