Malaysian, able to speak in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Fresh graduate/min 6 month \xe2\x80\x93 1 years of customers service/call centre experience.
Able to work in shift hours. (7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am)
Listening to the customers\' needs and to update accordingly in CRM system.
Candidates with pleasing personality, good communication skills and persuasive skills.
The expectations are:
Min SPM, Diploma or higher.
Excellent communication skills/ Able to communicate fluently over the phone.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills over the phone.
Persuasive and persistent in conversation with customers.
Should have worked in a strict SLA environment with a high degree of ownership for business metrics.
Comfortable working in early-stage, cross-functional setups.
