Answer inbound calls from customers related to billing, service plans, and technical issues.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
Record and update customer details in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Meet individual and team performance targets (e.g., call handling time, quality scores).
Requirements:
Minimum qualification:
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
Customer-oriented, patient, and able to handle pressure.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Prior customer service or call center experience is an added advantage.
