July 2024 Intake: Customer Service Professional for Telco CompanyWorking Location: MITC, MelakaJob Scope:

  • To attend to customer inquiries and complaints
  • To formulate responses and resolutions in a timely manner
  • To provide excellent customer service beyond customer expectation
Job Requirement:
  • Able to work at the weekend, on public holidays
  • Able to work in shift schedule
  • Minimum SPM with work experience or Fresh graduate encourage to apply
  • Candidates fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Bahasa Malaysia and English-speaking clients.
  • Customer service oriented
  • Employment status: 1-year contract basic with renewal
