Job Summary
The \xe2\x80\x9cCustomer Experience Representative\xe2\x80\x9d is a pivotal role as they will be in charge to service customers of a leading cryptocurrency exchange company who operates the worlds biggest bitcoin exchange and altcoin crypto exchange. (CER) will be responsible by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfil customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Details
1. 6 Months contract (subject to extension of contract)
2. 5 working days with rotational shift
3. 24/7 shift
4. Working Location - Beach Street
