Job Summary
The \xe2\x80\x9cCustomer Experience Representative\xe2\x80\x9d is a pivotal role as they will be in charge to service customers of a leading cryptocurrency exchange company who operates the worlds biggest bitcoin exchange and altcoin crypto exchange. (CER) will be responsible by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfil customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Details
1. 6 Months contract (subject to extension of contract)
2. 5 working days with rotational shift
3. 24/7 shift
4. Working Location - Beach Street

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints or feedbacks via chat support
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Identify and assess customers\' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
Requirements
  • Fresh Graduates with Banking / Finance / Accounting are encouraged to apply
  • Minimum of one (1) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Customer Service from banking or finance industries.
  • Diploma / Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above i.e. fresh graduates accepted, provided they have Accounting / Finance / Banking education background
  • Candidates must be able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa
  • Ability to multitask, flexible to work on rotational shifts, prioritize and manage time effectiveness
