Preparing and defining requests for quotation/proposal, negotiating with vendors, issuing purchase orders, etc
coordinating with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness manner
Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
store and sort financial and non-financials data in electronic form and present reports
To monitor warehouse storage space for optimum inventory and maintain minimum stock and at the same time keep stock at a safety level
Assist in preparation and organizing of promotional materials or events
Other roles and responsibilities assigned by superior
Skills & Requirement
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good computer skills (MS Office/Excel)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
