Provide on-floor support, guidance, and real-time coaching to agents.
Handle escalated customer calls and ensure effective resolution.
Conduct call audits and share feedback with team members for performance improvement.
Support new hire training, refresher training, and process updates.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, quality standards, and Company guidelines.
Prepare operational reports for internal and client reviews.
Able to speak and write Mandarin
