Job Description




As a Customer Service - Call Centre Executive, you must act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The salary range of RM2,100 - RM2,500 is inclusive of basic salary and Other benefits.

You will play an important role in :
1. Uphold service standards by answering customers\' inquiries effectively, managing challenging situations/customers and ensuring prompt turnaround for all service requests with consistent quality.
2. Exceeding customers\' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information
3. Identify and drive process improvements, to ensure excellence in customer experience, timely delivery of services, optimum productivity, and effective management of resources.
4. Sustain and improve qualitative results at the same time adhere to standard operating guidelines (SOPs) of the unit, division, and the company.
5. Working in a team to achieve the required target elements and SLA.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
Diploma holders with no experience are encouraged to apply.
Diploma holders with 1 - 2 years of Call Centre experience preferred.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Customer-centric / Strong customer service mindset
Good team player with commitment and initiative with the willingness to step into a leadership role.
Independent and resourceful, and able to work under pressure.
Desire to help others with patience and empathy.
Meticulous, well organized, and with the ability to analyze and solve problems.
Able to multi-task and effectively manage time.

Required skill (s): Communication skill, Customer Service, Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills with written and verbal proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Additional Information

Contract length: 24 months from 1st August 2023 and subject to yearly renewal .
