- Handling inbound calls/emails/live chat regarding customer\'s general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company\'s products.
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Good command of English, Mandarin & Cantonese communication skills (spoken & written).
- SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided.
