Education: bachelor\'s degree preferred, computer science, finance, business management and other related majors preferred.
Experience: more than one year of customer service experience in related fields, those without experience need to be interested in fintech, blockchain or related fields.

Responsibilities
Provide consultation regarding relevant projects through telephone, email, online chat, and other communication channels.
Solve customer problems effectively and efficiently.
Maintain accurate documentation records of customer interactions.
Establish and nurture strong customer relationships.
Understand and address customer needs promptly.
Gather and analyze customer feedback.
Relay customer needs and suggestions to the relevant departments in a timely manner.
Participate in basic community building efforts.
Conduct periodic user return visits.
Handle user operation audits as needed.
Collaborate with other departments as necessary to address customer issues and improve service delivery.
