About the role The position of Customer Service Specialist would be both challenging and rewarding. When it comes to answering and solving customer questions, it requires someone who is both engaging and intuitive. In such a fast-paced environment, strong teamwork and leadership skills are required. How we would like you to assist us
Respond to customers\' queries on various platforms such as Shopee, Lazada etc.
Handling customers\' requests, answer questions about specific products/services
Performing pre-sale and post-sale, address and resolve customers complaints in a professional manner
Answer incoming calls from customers for general inquiries, appointment booking, complaints, etc.
Handling service emails, offer any assistance to customers
What we would like to see in you
Possesses Diploma in related field
Basic knowledge of computer is required
Able to type in English and Thai
Able to work effectively with team members
Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as adaptability in dealing with a variety of customers
Quick response in understanding various questions
Problem-solving and multitasking skills
