• Diploma level and above
• 1+ years of experience in Customer service and Sales
• Daily posting to several online platforms FB Live
• Fluent in Bahasa and English. Mandarin is a plus
• Hardworking & resilient, able to work in a fast pace environment
• Must possess own transport and laptop
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

Responsibility

• To service customer by handling enquiries, handle appointment, check in, do agreement and etc.
• To provide marketing support to the team like posting etc.
• To update daily analysis of enquiries
• To achieves target set by the company
• To follow up with clients and provide consultation & recommendation
• To guide clients in their rental journey
• Quality control of all rooms at SEREMBAN, KAJANG, PUCHONG, KL, NILAI, BALAKONG SERDANG ETC
• Able to travel within Seremban, Selangor and KL area
