Job Description


  • Strong client-facing and excellent oral & written communication and negotiation skills. (Mandarin language will be added advantage)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of general corporate business management & automotive industry practices and techniques.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting, multi-tasking, analytical and statistical skills.
  • Able to think strategically and excellent leadership skills.
  • Able to advise and interact with all levels of management.
  • Able to apply sound business judgment and set priorities.
  • Able to handle surprises.
  • Willingness to learn with own initiatives.
  • Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft Office, customer service software/databases/tools.
  • A minimum of 3 years\' proven experience in a customer service position.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration / Psychology or relevant field.
Responsibilities
  • Answering or making calls to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers as needed.
  • Provide customers with the professional standard of service and to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure customer concerns are well attended by coordinating with respective departments/sections and service centers.
  • Conduct Customer Service conferences, training, orientation and customer service program for the frontliners to drive CS Mindset.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction survey to gauge satisfaction level and to generate survey results, interpret data tabulation, trend analysis and compile detail/accurate/informative management reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team.
  • Keep ahead of industry\'s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
