Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration / Psychology or relevant field.
Responsibilities
Answering or making calls to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues and follow problems through to resolution.
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers as needed.
Provide customers with the professional standard of service and to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure customer concerns are well attended by coordinating with respective departments/sections and service centers.
Conduct Customer Service conferences, training, orientation and customer service program for the frontliners to drive CS Mindset.
Conduct customer satisfaction survey to gauge satisfaction level and to generate survey results, interpret data tabulation, trend analysis and compile detail/accurate/informative management reports.
Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team.
Keep ahead of industry\'s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
