Job Description


Job Scope:

  • Sales order processing
  • Handle calls professionally and provide accurate and timely info, alternatives and solutions to customers on products and services
  • Resolve complaints and maintain customer satisfaction by rectifying problems and providing solutions
  • To support sales team to adhere to the sales and KPIs.
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)s and compliance guidelines.
  • Work closely with the internal teams (Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics, Billing) to ensure smooth delivery arrangement and billing document
  • Monitoring stocks movement and stock readiness status
  • Weekly/B1-Weekly/Monthly Sales Performance Report
  • Display good team working attitude and behaviour both internally and externally
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduate is acceptable or someone with customer service experience
  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Preferably female below 35 years old
  • Speaks fluent English & Bahasa Melayu
  • Good computer knowledge
Job Type: Permanent Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,700.00 per month Benefits:
  • Health insurance
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
