Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Prefer Logistic / Cloud warehouse working background.
  • At least 2 - 3 years customer service experience.
  • Able to speak, write and type in Mandarin.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Able to handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in customer service and get used to handle customer complaints.
Responsibilities
  • Dealing with both online and walk-in customer complaints.
  • Handling customer request delivery parcel/goods.
  • Liaise with operations teams to provide the quantity of parcels amount.
