What You\'ll Do:

\xe2\x97\x8f Handles and responds to customer enquiries and complaints through phone, online chat and/or e-mails

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensures all customer inquiries/ issues/ complaints are resolved according to the company\'s processes and procedures

\xe2\x97\x8f Identifies and escalates difficult and complex issues to senior team members

\xe2\x97\x8f Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer

\xe2\x97\x8f Enters, updates and maintains accurate information of customer interaction, transactions, comments and complaints in the company\'s system

\xe2\x97\x8f Resolves customer requests and problems by making appropriate booking changes based on company\'s processes and procedures, as well as activity terms and conditions

\xe2\x97\x8f Liaises with external vendors and service operators to fulfill booking changes

\xe2\x97\x8f Keeps updated with company procedures and processes

\xe2\x97\x8f Shares customer feedback with relevant departments for further improvements

What You\'ll Need:

\xe2\x97\x8f SPM/ \'O\' Levels or higher/ Preferably Diploma qualification and above

\xe2\x97\x8f Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

\xe2\x97\x8f Proficient in English & Traditional Mandarin (both verbal and written), Cantonese is an added advantage.

\xe2\x97\x8f Previous experience in customer service is an added advantage

\xe2\x97\x8f Able to work shifts (including weekends, public holidays, overnight)

\xe2\x97\x8f Possess a problem-solving mindset to proactively find solutions for customer needs

\xe2\x97\x8f Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with our customers

\xe2\x97\x8f Good team player to work collaboratively in a team environment

\xe2\x97\x8f Keen attention to detail in completing tasks accurately and thoroughly
